AAACERT’s First Aid Support Team (FAST) gathered for its annual training meeting, a yearly tradition focused on keeping members sharp, confident, and ready for any event. Volunteers spent the day refreshing essential first aid skills, learning updated techniques, and practicing hands‑on scenarios designed to mirror real‑world situations they may encounter while supporting the community.

From bandaging and patient assessment to heat‑related emergencies and crowd‑event readiness, the session ensured every FAST member walked away better prepared. This yearly training reinforces what AAACERT is known for — skilled volunteers who stay ready, stay current, and step up when the community needs them most.
