2022 Fort Meade Full Scale Exercise

Fort Meade is conducting a full scale exercise on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. The exercise involves an accident with a school bus inside the gate. This will be a mass casualty incident that will include Meade High School student and adult victims (this is a field trip and the adults are chaperones). There may be other vehicles involved. AAACERT is helping with volunteer coordination.

Volunteers need to arrive in the 0600-0630 timeframe for moulage so that the exercise can begin at 0800 (could possibly be later; this is worst case timing). Many (most?) of those injured will need to be transported to BWMC in either an ambulance bus or private/Army van where we will stress the hospital system’s response as well. We anticipate the exercise to conclude about 1400.
