October 2021 EMS Mass Casualty Exercise

The EMS department of the Anne Arundel County Fire Department is looking for volunteers to support a mass casualty exercise for EMS personnel. The exercise is scheduled for Friday, October 8, 2021 at the Florestano Building, West Campus, Anne Arundel Community College. The exercise runs from 0830 to 1130 but it is anticipated that volunteers will need to arrive by 0730. We expect volunteers to be able to leave at noon.

Some but not all volunteers will be made up with moulage to simulate injuries. Some volunteers will simply be “cleared” from the building.

We are looking for 20+ volunteers to create the realism of a mass casualty event.
